Prženi kupus, kobasice i sir


Ingredients

  • 1/4 šolje (60 ml) neslanog maslaca
  • 4 dimljene kobasice dimljene sa belim lukomisječene na kriška(kolutove)
  • 1 crvena paprika, iesckaan na kockice
  • 1/2 glavice crnog luka, iseckanao na kockice
  • 3 čena belog luka sitno iseckanog
  • 1/2 manje glavice kupusa sitno narezanog
  • sol i biber po ukusu
  • 1 šolja (250 ml) paradajza narezanog na kockice (može pasirni paradaiz)
  • 2 šolje (500 ml) naribanog sira mocarele

  • Preparation

    Zagrijte rernu na 200°C (400°F).U tavi od većoj od 25cm,rastopite puter na laganoj vatri.Kada se tava zagreje dodajte isečene kobasice i prepržite ih sa obe strane dok ne dibiju zlatnu boju ko 3 min.dodajte crveni luk,papriku kupus,so i biber i i pržite lagano 10 min ili dok ne omekšaju.Dodajte paradaiz isečen(može pasirni paradaiz) i izribana sir, zatim stavite u rernu i pecite dok se sir ne zapekne (porumeni). Služite odmah prijatno.
